Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Mount Pritchard Public School, a vibrant and culturally rich educational community nestled in South West Sydney within the Fairfield School Network. With a diverse enrolment of students representing 26 cultural backgrounds—including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and newly arrived refugee children—our school celebrates inclusivity and cultural harmony. We are proud of our dedicated team of teaching and support staff who work collaboratively to nurture every student’s growth and success.
At Mount Pritchard Public School, we are committed to inspiring a love of learning through a supportive, enjoyable, and engaging environment where everyone can connect and collaborate. Our vision is to foster potential and achieve success across all areas of learning, wellbeing, and community involvement. We offer a broad range of academic programs, extracurricular activities, and wellbeing initiatives designed to develop the whole child, supported by strong partnerships with families and local schools.
Our school motto, "Deeds Not Words," reflects our belief in the importance of positive action and meaningful effort in all we do. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming place of learning where all members of our community—students, staff, and families alike—can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
Our extensive and inviting school features innovative learning spaces and enriching outdoor environments—all contributing to a safe and stimulating place where students can flourish. As we look ahead, we continue to expand our support programs and facilities, including the newly established Nangamay Support Unit and an upcoming preschool, ensuring that Mount Pritchard Public School remains a place of opportunity and excellence for all students.
We invite you to explore our school community and discover how we help every learner connect, succeed, and flourish.
